Matt's journey toward a career in law began with his studies in Environmental Policy, which instilled in him an intimate understanding of how laws and policies directly impact the health of citizens, workers, and their families. This knowledge became critical to his work as a former environmental chemist and AIG claims adjuster, and have driven his ability to fight effectively for clients when they come face to face with powerful corporations and insurance companies.

He enrolled in Seton Hall University School of Law while still working as an insurance claims adjuster, and eventually graduated, passed the New Jersey State Bar, and began his career as an Associate with the firm.
